Returns Policy
Return Period Validity
In case you are not completely satisfied with the product you have the right to return it within 14 days. We will not accept returns after the 14 days period. The customer is responsible for the delivery fee of the return. Returns are accepted only if the product is in the original packaging, unused and in the condition delivered. For head, hair and body care products we don’t accept returns if the protective seal is broken.
Refund
When we received your return, we will inspect it and notify you that your return has been approved or disapproved. In case the return is approved we will notify you via email about the approval of your return and we will credit your credit card within 5 days. We are not responsible for any possible charges by PayPal or by your Bank.
